Nell’ambito delle iniziative organizzate in occasione della commemorazione di Le Corbusier per i 50 anni dalla sua scomparsa, si propone a studenti e cultori di Storia dell’Architettura Contemporanea di confrontarsi e misurarsi con l’attualità di strumenti operativi lecorbusierianiquali i Cinque Punti e il Modulor nella loro applicazione a una esperienza di progettazione ex tempore inerente interventi a piccola scala dedicati a strutture di servizio in localizzazioni situate nel contesto catanese.
Programma
3 giugno
ore 9.00 Introduzione su origini, ragioni, modi d’uso di ‘tali strumenti’ e loro orizzonti nell’opera di Le Corbusier;
ore 10.00 presentazione dei temi progettuali con loro localizzazioni, e formazione dei gruppi di lavoro;
ore 11.00 – 19.00 elaborazione progettuale assistita.
4 giugno
ore 9.00 – 11.00 conclusione elaborati e loro organizzazione espositiva;
ore 11.00 Presentazione lavori: discussione.
I lavori si svolgeranno presso il foyer dell’Auditorium De Carlo Monastero dei Benedettini di San Nicolò l’Arena – Catania.
